All our shipping methods (including the free shipping option) are trackable. Once a package has been sent, your tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Unike is not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the postal service.

If your tracking number states your package was delivered but you state you have not received your package, Unike is not responsible. There is nothing we can do once USPS states the package has been delivered.
